Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company/post office norms.

EHTESHAM QAMAR is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping Address
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout
- We cannot modify the shipping address once the order is dispatched
- Please provide complete address with landmark for smooth delivery
- Include working phone number for courier communication
- For apartments/societies, provide building name and flat number
- Ensure PIN code is correct and serviceable

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹999
- Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment
- International shipping charges vary by destination country
- Express delivery options available at additional cost (subject to serviceability)

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Delivery Attempts & Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address or your unavailability:
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner
- You will be contacted via phone/SMS for redelivery arrangement
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of damage or loss during transit:
- Report damaged packages to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and product
- Do not accept severely damaged packages from courier
- We will investigate with courier partner and arrange replacement/refund
- Lost shipments will be investigated and resolved within 7-10 business days
Unserviceable Locations
Currently, we may not ship to certain remote or restricted areas:
- PIN code serviceability is checked during checkout
- If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified
- You may provide an alternate serviceable address
- We are continuously expanding our delivery network
Order Splitting
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately:
- Items may ship from different warehouses
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- All items will be delivered to the same address
Customs & International Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Additional charges may be levied by your country's customs authorities
- We declare accurate product values on customs forms
- Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures
