Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Cancellation requests must include your order number and registered contact details
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may opt for return instead
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days
Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse the delivery and initiate a return once you receive the product. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy below.
Return Policy
At Divine Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product should not have any stains, damage, or alterations
- Invoice/receipt must be included with the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or tailored products made to your specifications
- Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products
- Products with broken seals or missing tags
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by customer
How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Share clear photos of the product if it's damaged or defective
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and pickup details
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card / Debit Card: 7-10 business days from return approval
- Net Banking / UPI: 7-10 business days from return approval
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer within 10-14 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return approval
Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong products
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color variations subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are only available for size or color changes
- Product must meet all return eligibility conditions
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Exchange processing takes 7-10 business days
- Price difference, if any, will need to be paid or refunded accordingly
